
I'm Dr Siphiwe F Mkhize
Dr Siphiwe Felix M. Mkhize received his early education from Catholic schools in KwaZulu Natal.
He obtained his higher education from various countries (South Africa, Italy, England and United States of America).
He holds a BSc Agric obtained at Iowa State University, USA, an MSc from Reading University, England, an MPhil in Applied Ethics from the University of Stellenbosch, and his PhD from the University of Pretoria.
He is the author of TOWARDS HOPE AND CHALLENGE: Agricultural Biotechnology and the Catholic Social Teachings, A Catholic Ethic for Agriculture, Food and Environment, (2005), as well as …AND THE EYES OF ALL LOOKED INTENTLY AT HIM: Understanding the Mystery of the Ministry of Permanent Diaconate, (2014).
He is the author of many papers on Laity in the Post-Conciliar period. He is a member of St Dominic’s Catholic Parish, at Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal, and is on the road to becoming a Permanent Deacon.
He is married to Sibongile, and is the father of four girls and a boy.
