In Celebration of our 10th Anniversary, Write-On Publishing has launched its very own eBookstore, exclusively for Southern African Books & Authors!
It currently offers more than 90 books from 50+ Southern Africa Authors, with a wide spectrum of Genres and Categories in a number of Southern African languages on offer to cater for African tastes!
The Write-On eBookstore offers Southern Africa’s independent and self-published Authors a Platform for their eBooks, as the answer to a pressing distribution need.
This unique Platform evolved out of the activities of self-publishing facilitators S A Catholic Online Books and Write-On Publishing, and addresses the frustrations and difficulties experienced by South and Southern African authors in distributing their print books. It offers authors the possibility of reaching a much wider audience with no capital outlay, as would be required to sell print books.
Sell YOUR Book in the Write-On eBookstore!
Authors may submit their books to be placed on the Write-On eBookstore for sale. Upload is free. You will be requested to complete a Distribution Contract, for your protection and ours.
The Write-On eBookstore will determine the selling price of the eBook in consultation with the author, and the proceeds of the sale of an ebook will be split on a ratio of 65/35 between the author (65%) and the Write-On eBookstore (35%). This is compatible with international standards.
eBooks can be sold in PDF and/or ePub versions, and the Write-On eBookstore will accept either or both formats. If the author does not have the material in these formats, books may be submitted in Word format and an appropriate conversion fee will be levied, depending on the complexity of the work. This fee will be subject to a quote from Write-On Publishing. The Write-On eBookstore can, if required, also sell eBooks in the Kindle format.
