Via Dolorosa looks at the dramatic events around the Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ, from the Last Supper to the Burial of Christ, through the eyes of bystanders and bit players in the drama. Interspersed among these vignettes are appropriate Prayers and wonderful Poems, as well as a glimpse at the original Jewish traditions, Psalms and Prayers surrounding some of these events depicted. These include the Passover meal (the Seder), the Kaddish (Prayer for the Dead), and the Jewish burial customs of the day.
